1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Trigo Booking application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use Trigo Booking.

3. Our Service Model

Trigo Booking is a connection platform only. We display travel packages from independent package owners and connect you with them. We do not own, operate, or control the travel packages, and we are not a travel agent or tour operator.

4. Payments

Trigo Booking does NOT collect, process, or handle any payments. All payments and bookings are made directly between you and the package owner. We have no involvement in financial transactions and do not store any payment information.

5. Package Owners

All packages are owned and operated by independent package owners. When you book a package, you enter into an agreement directly with the package owner — not with Trigo Booking. Please verify all details directly with the owner before booking.

6. App Restrictions

When using the app, you agree that you will NOT:

Post false, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent travel packages or information
Upload PDFs or content you do not own or have no right to share
Post offensive, abusive, or copyrighted material without permission
Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or commercial scraping purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers
Create fake accounts or impersonate another person or business
Collect or misuse other users' personal or contact information

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or block any account that violates these restrictions.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when posting a package
Keeping your account and login credentials secure
Verifying package details directly with package owners before booking
Complying with all applicable laws and the terms set by individual package owners

8. Content Ownership

Package owners retain ownership of the content and PDFs they upload but grant Trigo Booking permission to display this content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. Please review it to understand our practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trigo Booking shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, any transaction between you and a package owner, any issues with travel packages, or any errors in the information displayed.

11. Accuracy of Information

We collect package information and PDFs from package owners and display them through our interface. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or current.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the app, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
